If you have any other references or ideas regarding poses, expression, composition, background, lighting, details, clothing, objects, etc. please share them, too!

payment & process

All payments are sent via PayPal. The invoice must be paid upfront. Payment plan can be discussed.

I will send everyone an email if or if not I can accept the commission. If you don't get an email please look into the spam folder.When we have discussed everything, I will send the invoice. You will receive several sketches to choose from. Here we can discuss the variants and change things if needed. I will send out several WIPs in between to keep you updated.Please be sure about your requested changes! I can make small changes and adjustments at any given time, but I can’t redraw the full piece with big changes. To avoid that please make sure that everything is settled in the first two WIPs!You will receive a high-res PNG and an image optimized for web. You must always use the web image with credit whenever you post it somewhere online.

I reserve the right to decline a commission request.The time it will take me to finish your commission varies, but usually it will be done in one month or two, unless discussed otherwise. Please keep in mind that a commission with several characters can take longer!

If you decide to cancel the commission while I already start working on it, I will keep 50% of the sum as a kill fee. Unless the commission is nearly finished, then there won't be a refund.
If for some reason I won't be able to finish a commission, you get all of your money back.

Please note that I retain all rights to the commissioned art and to use it as promotional material. You may use the picture for personal use only. You may not use any part of the image for commercial purposes. Please remember that any activity that promotes or generates revenue is considered commercial activity. If you wish to gain commercial rights to a commissioned piece, please message me and we will discuss the commercial fee.

!! Clients are NOT permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for nun fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited. !!

For commissions over €400 it is possible to pay in two installments, though the minimum for the first installment is €200.The second installment is due after receiving the second WIP.If the price is below 400€ and you still want to pay in two installments please keep in mind that there will be an extra PayPal fee.
