As stated, this will be a surprise me commission, which means I get all creative freedom without any wips and revisions send to you in the process. I will accept small changes when sending the final files like color editing, or adding an important detail if forgotten, etc.

This commission type - like the icon - works in the same surprise me like way. The only difference is that I will send you a wip after 50-60% is done where you can ask for little adjustments, if needed and another one when I've finished the commission, but only for small changes like color editing, or adding an important detail if forgotten, etc.Additionally, an item can be added.

Preferred way of communication for first contact is via e-mail, after that we can keep it through e-mail or switch to discord.

ProcessAfter you have sent me an e-mail with all the information I will get back to you with the final quote and a rough timeframe of when you can expect your sketch and roughly estimated final. Keep in mind that this can change throughout the process for various reasons, but I will stay and contact and let you know.I will then make several sketches (except for commission types through ko-fi) from which you can choose. Please let me know if you want any major changes in this stage, because I won't be able to make big changes after starting to work.After we settled for a sketch, I will send you an invoice. As soon as the payment arrived, I will start to work on the commission.Throughout the process I will send you several progress shots to keep you up to date with it while giving you the chance to request small changes. I only accept major changes in the sketch phase, so please make sure to communicate everything that you're not happy with there, because I will only accept minor changes afterwards.

PaymentAll payments are sent via PayPal.I prefer it to be paid at once, but if for some reason you'd like to pay in two parts, I will have to add an additional fee due to PayPal taking transactions fees for each payment! Please let me know how you'd like to pay before I send you the invoice.

terms of service

I reserve the right to decline a commission request.The time it will take me to finish your commission varies, but usually it will be done in one month or two, unless discussed otherwise. Please keep in mind that a commission with several characters can take longer!The time frame also depends on how many other commissions I currently have, but doesn't include things out of my control (eg. getting sick, more hours at my day job.)CANCELLATION
If you decide to cancel the commission while I already start working on it, I will keep 50% of the sum as a kill fee. Unless the commission is nearly finished, then there won't be a refund.If for some reason I won't be able to finish a commission, you get all of your money back.

USAGE & COPYRIGHT
Please note that I retain all rights to the commissioned art and to use it as promotional material, but do not claim any ownership of your character. You may use the picture for personal use only. You may not use any part of the image for commercial purposes. Please remember that any activity that promotes or generates revenue is considered commercial activity. If you wish to gain commercial rights to a commissioned piece, please message me and we will discuss the commercial fee.PROHIBITED USAGES
Prohibited usages related to machine learning technology:
The client is not allowed to use the commissioned artwork for any purposes related to machine learning and AI technologies / "AI" image-generating technologies. The client is not allowed to create derivatives of the commissioned artwork through the use of machine learning or derived technologies
Prophited usages related to NFTs:
The client is not allowed to mint or re-sell the artwork as an NFT.By sending me a commission request you accept all of my terms of service!
